This is good. IBO as well, and I don't by any crap Dateline puts out there. These reporters that came in and did whatever don't have any idea. It's easy to look at it from a lemming- like mentality.
It's a good oppertunity. Both for lifestyle and retirement.
It's better then working 40 years and hoping for a social security check or pension that may not even exist in a decade.

i'm an IBO and if you believe this crap you are a fool. what you have to understand is that in business you have to make certain sacrifices. this particular business involves a small sacrifice, not a signing away of your life. get your information from a reliable source, investigate. people think that because something is on t.v. it must be correct. i urge you to do your own research.

I know I said I was not going to post on here anymore but after seeing the last comments I thought I would.
Way to go people it is nice to know there are some knowledgable, intelligent people out there that can see through all the lies and deseption clearly but most people beleive what they see on tv or hear from others thinking that if they see it and hear it that it must be true rather than experiencing it themselves.
People need to also understand their are bad apples everywhere.

agreed. And did you guys know, the guy who MADE that dateline video was actually an IBO before? I bet you guys didnt...and did you know HIS membership/business ownership was terminated because he was doing ILLEGAL stuff w/ the business...yea, you probably didnt know that either!!! SO DATELINE had it wrong b/c some BAD former IBO thought it'd be great to give US a bad rep. by having Dateline show his documentary with misleading facts...as a matter of fact... that documentary is pure PROPAGANDA!!!

Most people who tried something, be it whole heartedly or as little as possible, and failed at it, will spend twice the time and effort to complain about it and try to prove it doesn't work. No, I'm not an IBO, but I know a lot of people who are and are very successful at it. They stay positive, have happy marriages and kids and have Godly princples. If you want the negative, stay at your job. Chances are, you probably hate it. What's a true pyramid? ur job. Who makes more money? ur boss.

& also, 1 of the many reasons there r many hrtbrkn ibo's out there is simply it was lead by pple who dint do their job rite as good leaders My "Mentor" and my "Business Partner" They teach things from business to things that can be adapted to everyday life. Theyve been very helpful. I'm TERRIBLY SORRY 4 those who have had a bad experience but the MAIN PT. is Quixtar is not to blame. It's those who have taken advantage of a simple business concept & turned it into what seems like a scam.

YES I AM a Quixtar IBO and let me tell you I ALSO HAVE another business that I help my parents with THAT ISNT QUIXTAR or AMWAY GLOBAL AFFILIATE, its independently & Family owned and you know what... THE CONCEPT IS THE SAME EXACT THING!!! Theres alot of lazy people who think if they go into this they'll get rich quick, ARE YOU SERIOUS???NO BUSINESS OPERATES LIKE THAT! You have to work 4 it!

Wow, I dont know who'm to call STUPID... DATELINE, the devout Quixtar members, The people who were "victimized", or the people who've already made up their minds that its a scam? PEOPLE, USE YOUR BRAIN!!!!! THINK!!!! Quixtar did NOT tell me I HAVE to read books, listen to cds or tapes EVERYDAY!!! AND even if they did, you have to be SMART enough and to know what's right for you and what will work. The only thing my "recruiter" told me is if you want to help yourself ur gonna make sacrafices.....
