This is my day 4 video for my personal 90-day-challenge. Yesterday and today I refined my plans for this challenge. I now have outlined a schedule with blocks of time for my various activities. My big goal is more consistency and efficiency better structure to my days.
In doing this I realize I have already done quite a bit, but I need better consistency, more evenness. I already have routines in place for meditation, exercise, and healthy eating. Recently, however, I have not followed a very consistent schedule, and I especially need to improve my habits as far as going to sleep at a reasonable time, and then getting up early with enough rest. I probably need to use a timer to help remind me when I need to switch to another task. I frequently get so into one thing, I have trouble switching to the next. I also need to make sure I have specific time set aside for quiet time, reading time, and fun time. And I need to let go of perfectionism.
What I'm working on:
1) Physical exercise, eating healthy, go to bed by 11 pm
2) Spiritual meditation, The Eternal Way, A Course in Miracles
3) Financial review budget and pay bills weekly
4) Relationship time with friends, relationship with myself, my higher power
5) Mental anything to do with learning, personal development, listening to CD's, reading
Specific goals
1) Golden time every day increase efficiency, focus on task at hand
2) More spiritually centered, trusting in higher power
3) Better at keeping commitments to myself
4) More even schedule as far as waking, eating, working, sleeping
5) More reading time
6) Better quality fun time
Things I will be asking myself:
1) What worked?
2) What didn't work?
3) What can I do to improve?
4) Am I holding myself accountable?

Thanks. I use iMovie to shoot and to edit my videos. It's a Mac program, comes with the new macs. It's simple and does a good job. PC people usually use Windows Movie Maker, and that may have more features, but I would never give up my Mac! iMovie seems to have a few glitchy things about it, but I work around them without any problems.
