LEDs may be the future and I agree but the government shouldn't decide what we should use. The free market should decide whether LEDs stick or flop. How would you feel if the government made you choose laser Disks over DVDs.

You want us to think for ourselves yet your telling us what to say yes and no to.
Id rethink your shitty argument buddy.
(November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
You are correct. LEDs are the future!

Say yes to oversight, and citizen media and say NO to the deceitful, lying, corrupted evil corporate media, all run by bilderberg members who want world government. Say no to the new world order.

Hear hear! LED's are the future anyways. Much more potential. Already nearing 200 lumens/ watt with a theoretical limit of 700 a watt. Beat that CFL!

Everything this Congressman says is true. I sell commercial lighting. Compact fluorescents have their place, but they do contain mercury, which is poisonous. The government DSOES NOT have the right to regulate the type of light bulbs we use.
