This is a nice model! It can be a little tricky at first to get all the proportions right because there are so many folds that have estimated positions. My first attempt ended up with the pages being longer than the cover, but I worked out a way to fold the bottom of them up so that they fit in properly. And to those people whining about the fold at the 2 minute mark, it's really not very hard and the video made it quite clear to me what to do there. Keep trying.
