There still is...and always will be...regardless of a black president, he only has 8 years to change over 2,000 years of prejudism...it just won't happen. As for England or the UK whatever they're calling themselves right now, for as long as there's a 100% white Royal family who won't allow other races to marry into them (look at what happened to pregnant to a Muslim Diana...accident my arse) AND a 90% white government, unfortunately, ethnic minority's will always come 2nd to white bigots.
