ugh.. I don't know... I just realised the dresses were different sizes... unless.... the dresses are folded up at the bottom as well as the top? I dunno?!

I think I got it.. It's not taking off layers.. it's putting layers over layers... so she can pull something.. and the new layer falls on top of her.. If my theory is right.. all her dresses would be silk so it's easily slidable...

I just saw how they did it. when she is carrying that purple thing after that green dress at around 1:06, a small part of the green dress is exposed at the bottom right of the dress. Then the purple dress falls over her at 1:09.
