For beginners yes, for advanced players it can be excellent. I've wiped out many GDI and Scrin users using NOD or it's sub-unit, the Black Hand in KW.

Note: I poated this before I watched the Vid fully.
The game has a before-start-game glich.
I says...
"The application has failed to start because d3dx9_29.dll was not found."
Plus a sulution that failed 5 Times.
