this man is clearly suffering from PTSD not only does he contradict the original story but himself.
He says he jumped in the River, and then says he's running down North End Ave. and watched the South tower collapse
He came out of the North Tower, the south tower had already collased
This man has no doubt suffered mental instability from this day and just from his testimony we can see this.
I think it's a shame that Loose change would even use him this way
