The top earners have been paying more income taxes all along. I think that is fair, but I think there should be a cap of 50%. I think the billionaires need to be taken to task for tax-dodging.
What really bugs me is that Obama still wants to raise the capital gains tax. If he announced Monday that he wouldn't do this, I believe buying in the market would resume. Consumers feel better if they don't fear paying a higher tax. If your stock value rises you pay a tax on that amount,

We still have a first amendment so you are are free to say that and I am free to say that you secular progressives have it all wrong. I am first of all a fiscal conservative, which neither of the Bushes have been. Palin is, that is I believe what we need most at this time, lower spending, not more spending, more government programs, more bailouts. Enough with the attacks. hes making alot of sense innovating the way we mobilize our econmy is just what we need go ahead and bitch and moan but id rather have new busineses with the opportunity to grow then have business who are built on imaginary wealth. jobs will be lost but at the end of the day jobs will be created real jobs not jobs created on money that doesnt exist, we went through a good time where unemployment was not an issue but it was a false hood really it was the time we passed all our money to the welthy
