Greetings.
Induviduals can if they choose observe themselves. Observe what food you put in your body. Observe your body. Your mental, emotional and physical as well as spiritual existence. You look to government to take care of you when your sick, but are un willing to take care of yourselves. The food that is mass produced is about as nutritious as a pile of sawdust. Take a good hard look at yourselves and if you want to be healthy you must choose health..
Love yourself..heal yourself.

What capitalism wants is the value you feel, not the value you get. Pack everything into a highrise usually give you an impression of accessable, yet this builds hard ways to train and hard ways to contribute. They should spread them into proportions so the holes get obvious and fill out spot by spot easily.

I totally agree, there is no one there to help, Drs costs are astronomical, health care-if you can afford it, doesnt cover much. Forget about going to the dentist with an abscessed tooth. You could die in his office, unless you put the cash on the desk they wont even talk to you. I am way way out of the middle class- I am now been demoted to the status of poverty level. No bail-out for me ! I have no jet to fly me off to Wahington and cry for a hand out.

My opinion cannot be changed that Health Care should be a state industry, but I will read the article you have. Fixing a decent system (Canada) is not difficult. There is an unbelievable amount of wasteful spending by the govt in Canada, as in many states. When I do read about how people lobby/advocate for increasing funding, improving conditions, or changing aid to other sectors, it often gets quite discouraging to see so many people effectively disenfranchised - essentially powerless.

Okay. I understand what you're saying. Waiting a few hours (few = ~3 hours) is pretty good in comparison to the NYC hospital shown in the video. About the regulation in health care - I think that the Canadian system could be perfected far more easily than the US "system". In Canada it would be a matter of increasing funding to increase availability. Canada does have a shorage of Prim. Care physicians, however you are wrong in saying that the majority do not have access to a Primarycare physician

When prices are zero, demand exceeds supply, and queues form. For many Canadians, hospital emergency rooms have become their primary doctor -- as is the case with Medicaid patients in the United States. Patients lie in temporary beds in emergency rooms, sometimes for days. At Sainte-Justine Hospital, a major Montreal pediatric hospital, children often wait many hours before they can see a doctor.

Hardly, according to a growing body of academic evidence. As a result of interference at the federal and state levels, health care is one of America's most heavily regulated industries. Indeed, its muddled approach to health-care regulation may act as a massive drag on the American economy—what one expert has called a $169 billion hidden tax.

but in your not careful you spawn reverse racism, I am white(not trash) and my family tree probably goes right back to those times, but what happen to the Natives makes me completely sick. That happened EVERYWHERE, Africa-Austrailia-lots of Asia-everywhere-even europe and the middle east. It wasnt the people pushed out of Europe. The puritans ran from the elite, but the elite of most of Europe followed and took control as they always have of the natives and european run aways(colonialism) |
