The best way too benefit from them all is to diverse your diet rather than buy supplements. Ppl addicted to supplements tend to have more nutritional shortages than those having a healthy diet.

Actually, drinking coffee or tea with your meal reduces the amount of iron absorbed by your body. Certain cartenoids in a large amount will offset the effect of coffee or tea.

For mw to get half of the recommended dosage of acai berry by weight that is in Monavie, I was taking 14 acai berry pills per day at a cost of $5.50/day. I felt better as the inflammation in my neck and knee was gone but I missed out on the other benefits I get from drinking Monavie. Plus, it's cheaper.
