If you base kicks upon rotating "fingers", what makes you think I will believe you? None of those kicks will land anywhere on me, because of ridiculous arm movements and horrible form. Have you ever even thrown a roundhouse or been in a ring once during your lifetime? If you have, I feel sorry for you because your were getting shortchanged by your instructor/s. This video truly deserves the title "muay thai-training-how NOT to ever kick"

true enough, I only say cuz ive seen kicks get blocked or side stepped and all of the sudden that distance is gone and your hand is already down and... well you can use your imagination as to what could happen after that. lol

true cuase some people are out gas and they get hit but got the stamina and you know that you doing you set up,but once you kick you already establish distance with opponent so if he tries to do anything ,just back or side to push em away
